Plain-English information for The FIFO Trap’s A$10 one-time digital plans.

Price and payment

Each pathway plan is A$10 once, with no subscription. Payment will be processed securely by Stripe when live checkout is enabled.

Digital access

Access is provided after successful payment verification. If payment is charged but access is not supplied, contact support with the purchase email and receipt so the issue can be corrected.

Refund requests

Refund requests will be considered fairly, including duplicate charges, technical failure to provide access and rights available under Australian Consumer Law. A change of mind after substantial digital content has been accessed may not automatically qualify, except where the law requires otherwise.

Nothing here removes legal rights

This information does not exclude, restrict or modify consumer guarantees or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
